Paquete por prendas para lavandería en agua/Garments packages for water wash

 

  • El servicio de lavandería se presta de Lunes a Sábado.
  • La ropa de lavado normal se entregará el mismo día.
  • La ropa de lavado en seco se entregará al día siguiente.
  • El valor del servicio de lavado y planchado extra (entrega en 2 horas) es del doble de la tarifa anunciada.
  • No somos responsables por botones, adornos o materiales sintéticos que no resistan el lavado o planchado.
  • En caso de daño o pérdida la empresa responderá hasta por 10 veces el valor del servicio.
  • Las prendas serán recogidas en el recorrido que hace la camarera de 8 a 9 am. Sin embargo puede llamar a la recepción hasta las 11 am si no pudieron ser recogidas en el recorrido.
  • Después de 30 días no respondemos por ropa sin reclamar.
  • Se reciben reclamos dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la entrega del servicio.
  • La lavandería no se responsabiliza por prendas que cambien de talla en el proceso de lavado y planchado.
  • La lavandería no se responsabiliza por cambios de tonalidad durante el proceso de lavado y planchado.
  • La lavandería no se responsabiliza por cambios en prendas nuevas en la primera lavada.
  • Laundry service is done from monday thru Saturday
  • Normal cleaning garments will be returned the same day
  • Dry clean garments will be returned the next day
  • Double price will be charged for garments that must be washed or ironed within 2 hours
  • We are not responsable. for buttons. decoration or synthetic materials non resistant to washing or ironing.
  • In case of damage or misplacement the laundry will pay up to ten times the cost of the service
  • Garments will be collected while the housekeeper cleans the apartament from 8 to 9 am. any how guests may ask for their collection to the front desk any time before 11 am. 
  • The laundry is not responsible for any garments left beyond 30 days.
  • Claims and disagreements upon laundry service must be done within 48 hours of having received garments back to the apartament.
  • The laundry is not responsible for items that change of size during the washing and ironing.
  • The laundry is not responsible for items that change of colour during the washing and ironing.
  • The laundry is not responsible for any changes that may happen to any piece of clothing that is washed for the first time.
